ARMA employees will be trained in terrorism prevention
The Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARMA)- as the first state institution in Poland - will train all employed personnel in the field of terrorist prevention, using the e-learning platform developed for this purpose by the ABW’s Terrorist Prevention Centre of Excellence. The training campaign will cover both the employees of the ARMA Headquarters, as well as 16 local branches and 314 district offices.
This is the result of several years of cooperation between the Internal Security Agency and ARMA in the area of, among others information on terrorist threats, methods of counteracting this phenomenon and recommended behaviours in the case of acts of violence related to terrorism.
Extending the so far conducted trainings in a stationary form by the e-learning formula is a model example of ARMA activities to raise antiterrorist awareness within an organization whose management tries to contribute in this way to shaping a uniform safety culture among all employees in the Agency's structures.
