International Terrorism Prevention Conference
ABW’s Terrorism Prevention Centre of Excellence is organizing an international conference entitled: “Protect by training. The importance of awareness in terrorism prevention”
The aim of the event is to present a new system of trainings for public administration that raises the knowledge and competences of civil servants with respect to terrorism prevention. During the conference the role and use of media will also be discussed, especially with respect to social media in terrorism prevention. The conference will take place in Warsaw and will gather 250 participants from special services, public order and government institutions from all corners of the globe.
The conference was to be held on September 9-10, 2020. Due to the epidemiological situation and air traffic restrictions, which prevent some foreign guests from participating, the conference was postponed to 9-10 December 2020.
