On 3-6 September 2024, a delegation of the Internal Security Agency represented the service at the XXXII International Defence Industry Exhibition, held to mark the anniversary of Poland's accession to NATO. The event's patron of honour is President Andrzej Duda, the strategic partner is the Polish Armaments Group.

 

The International Defence Industry Exhibition at Targi Kielce has been attracting exhibitors and visitors from all over the world for years, providing a platform for the exchange of experience, the presentation of the latest technologies and the establishment of international business contacts. The event provides an excellent opportunity for defence industry companies to showcase their latest products and services, as well as to establish strategic partnerships.

This year's MSPO brought together leading manufacturers and suppliers of military equipment, but also experts and decision-makers to discuss the future of defence and security. The event showcased aerospace and air defence equipment, as well as armaments for naval units. The range of participating companies also included modern communications technology, radio and optoelectronic equipment, as well as equipment for food preparation and food storage and transport, uniforms, medical equipment and materials.

At the ABW stand organised during the fair, information was provided on the principles of recruitment to the service and activities to raise awareness of anti-terrorism and cyber security.

At this year's fair, the ABW was represented by representatives of four units (CAT, DBTI, BK, BBK), from whom it was possible to obtain information on the specifics of employment in the service and on its competences in the area of counter-terrorism, cyber threats and on the forensic aspects of explaining crimes prosecuted by the Agency.
