Training for the Malopolska Voivodship Office
On 3 and 4 September 2024, CAT ABW officers conducted training sessions on counter-terrorism prevention and cyber security on the premises of the Malopolska Voivodeship Office in Kraków.
The meeting was well attended by managers of the MUW's organisational units. During the meeting, the threats to our country, particularly related to the current international situation, were pointed out. Then, the assumptions of the 4U social campaign were discussed, setting out recommended ways of proceeding in the event of threats of a terrorist nature, e.g. an attack by an armed perpetrator or the delivery of a so-called dangerous package. Significant attention was paid to the issue of recognising the symptoms of such threats. The training panel discussed, among other things, the basic types of threats in the infosphere and the principles of safe use of the Internet.
