Training at the Mazovian Board of Education
On 25 November 2024, an expert from CAT Division IX of the ABW conducted a training session for employees of the Mazovian Board of Education in Warsaw.
During the meeting, the threats arising from terrorist activities
in the cyber space were discussed. The scope of considering cyber-terrorism in the current information and cyberspace environment was indicated. Participants were able to learn about examples of the most common incidents related to criminal activity in digital space, with a particular focus on social media. In addition, good practices were presented on the use of the Internet in the work of officials, enabling them to ensure adequate protection against hacking activity.
The training is part of an effort to raise awareness relating to hybrid threats in cyberspace and to build resilience against security threats.
