On 15 November 2024, CAT ABW experts conducted a training course on counter-terrorism prevention and cyber security.

During the training, attention was drawn to the key threats to our country's security, resulting mainly from the dynamic and unpredictable situation in the international arena. The experts discussed in detail the assumptions of the ‘4U!’ social campaign, which indicates the recommended procedures to be followed

in the event of terrorist emergencies, such as an attack by an armed perpetrator or the receipt of a so-called dangerous package.

Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of early recognition of the symptoms of such threats, which can play a key role in preventing potential tragedies. The training panel also presented the basic types of threats in the infosphere, focusing on the principles of safe use of the internet. Practical tips and good practices were discussed to help users protect their data, avoid cyber attacks and effectively manage their security in the digital space.
