TPCoE training for the National Centre for Research and Development
On 15 December 2023, a CPT ABW expert conducted a training course on counter-terrorism prevention for the National Centre for Research and Development.
The event was attended by executives and employees of the Centre, for whom the 4U public campaign implemented by TPCoE, which sets out recommended courses of action in the event of terrorist threats, was presented.
In the preventive layer of the training, attention was drawn to the need to recognise the symptoms of threats at their earliest stage. In addition, recommended procedures for dealing with specific terrorist acts were indicated, in particular in the case of an attack by a mass murderer or becoming the recipient of a so-called 'dangerous package'.
The event is part of the Centre's awareness-raising activities among, inter alia, the staff of centres involved in supporting innovation and development activities in the Republic of Poland.
