Training in Lublin for the Catholic University of Lublin
On 12 December 2023, TPCoE conducted an anti-terrorism prevention training course for the Catholic University of Lublin, attended by the university's management and administrative staff.
During the event, a number of recommended ways to behave in the event of terrorist incidents according to the 4U! procedure were discussed.
At the same time, the various patterns of the radicalisation process, often leading to terrorism, to which young people in particular are susceptible, were presented. Attention was drawn to the risk of danger in the event of receiving a dangerous package, against the background of which the recommended way of responding to such incidents was discussed. The modalities to be followed in a hostage situation and during counter-terrorism operations and evacuation procedures were also pointed out.
The training is part of the promotion of awareness of security risks in connection with counter-terrorism awareness activities in educational establishments.
