TPCoE training for employees of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Office in Rzeszów

On June 29 of this year, TPCoE held another training session on building information security policy and counter-terrorism prevention for representatives of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Office in Rzeszów, as well as representatives and services from the Podkarpackie Voivodeship (Police, State Fire Service, Customs Chamber).

The meeting was devoted to issues related to building an organization's security policy in the context of current threat vectors, including terrorist threats. Among other things, the training discussed issues related to the vulnerability of people and facilities to unauthorized intrusion. In addition, topics related to the tasks of the organization's security leader and the relationship that exists between the security division and employees were addressed. There was also a focus on issues related to the risk analysis process and a discussion of the impact tools used for unlawful acquisition of information.

The meeting also imparted knowledge on best practices and recommended behaviour, in the event of a terrorist incident - based on the 4U!social campaign - regarding the activity of a mass killer, the perpetrator's use of explosives and contamination agents.

The training is part of an ongoing awareness campaign by the TPCoE's, which promotes raising the knowledge of public administration personnel about threats to state security
