TPCoE training for the Ministry of Finance
On June 22, 2023, officers of TPCoE conducted training in Warsaw on anti-terrorism prevention for employees of the Ministry of Finance and prevention against information threats caused by the activity of state and non-state entities.
During the meeting, the specifics of threats to security in public administration institutions were discussed. The characteristics of the phenomenon of modern terrorism and current threats to the citizens of the Republic of Poland in terms of internal and external security of Poland were presented. There was also a discussion of the principles of the 4U! social campaign, indicating recommended courses of action in the event of a terrorist threat (including in the time preceding the occurrence of such an event).
Taking into account the current geopolitical situation, there was also a focus on discussing the tools and techniques of attack used in hybrid conflicts, as well as proposed protection mechanisms. In addition, attention was also paid to issues concerning the sources of information threats: the causes of their emergence and how to deal with the consequences of their occurrence as part of building a positive image and uninterrupted operation of the institution.
The training was a continuation of TPCoE's efforts to cooperate with public administration entities.
