International Meeting – Madrid (Spain)
On 13 - 15 January in Madrid (Spain) the TPCoE together with the Croatian SOA, organized consultation meetings with the Spanish law enforcement agencies (Guardia Civil, Policia National) and intelligence and security authorities (CNI, CITCO).
During the meetings, the role of the abovementioned services and institutions in preventing and countering terrorism was discussed, also in the context of dealing with challenges of irregular migration movements.
The Polish delegation presented a system of coordination and information sharing on terrorist threats in the Republic of Poland and the role of the CPT ABW in preventing terrorism and violent extremism.
