International meeting - Canada (Ottawa)
On 07-11 October 2019 in Ottawa (Canada) the TPCoE together with the Croatian SOA, organized a consultation meeting with the Canadian partner service ITAC and CSIS.
During the meeting, the role of the abovementioned services and institutions in the context of prevention and counter-terrorism was discussed. In addition to that capabilities and measures in the process of radicalization were analyzed together with discussion regarding terminology that describes identifications towards mobilization of ideologically motivated violent extremism.
Furthermore above mentioned services presented their unites responsible for threat analyses and coordination of information exchange.
During the delegation top level meeting took place with representatives from above mentioned services.
