Training at the Rose of Winds Foundation
On 13 September 2024, a representative of CAT ABW took part in a meeting organised by the Wind Rose Foundation, during which he conducted a training course for representatives of the local government of the city of Słupsk, local schools and services in the field of anti-terrorist prevention.
The special importance of preventive activities related to the recognition and information of services about the symptoms of the indicated threats was emphasised. The principles of the 4U! social campaign were then discussed. Recommended courses of action were indicated, e.g. in the event of an attack by a mass murderer or an assault by counter-terrorist units. In the final speech of the officer, the specificity of terrorist threats to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe with particular emphasis on Poland was discussed.
The event is part of CAT ABW's activities aimed at raising awareness and a culture of security as part of a preventive approach to threats.
