First Knowledge Hub national meeting
On 5 December 2023, TPCoE organised the first national meeting in Warsaw as part of a new EU initiative entitled Knowledge Hub in the area of countering radicalisation and combating extremism and terrorism.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the following ministries and other central institutions whose scope of activities can help to implement the mission TPCoE aimed at shaping a culture of security by building anti-terrorism awareness in society:
- Ministry of Justice,
- Ministry of Finance - General Inspector of Financial Information,
- National Tax Administration - DIF,
- Ministry of Family and Social Policy,
- Ministry of Education and Science,
- Ministry of Health,
- Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration - Department for Public Order,
- Chancellery of the Prime Minister - National Security Department,
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Security Policy Department, and Strategic Communication Referral,
- Police,
- Border Guard,
- Prison Service.
During the meeting, the gathered representatives of the above-mentioned institutions were acquainted with the mission, tasks and activities of TPCoE to date, as well as obtained information on the functioning of the Knowledge Hub initiative, and the practical solutions that are associated with the functioning of this body and the benefits for all the entities participating in it.
