Anti-terrorism training for the Supreme Court of the Republic of Poland
On 20 February 2023, an expert from TPCoE conducted a training session for judges, management and administrative staff of the Supreme Court in Warsaw on anti-terrorist prevention.
It was discussed, in particular, the assumptions of the 4U social campaign, which includes recommended ways of proceeding in the event of a terrorist threat (e.g. attack by an armed assailant, use of explosives, chemical or biological substances by perpetrators - especially in a so-called dangerous package). The need to watch out for symptoms that may indicate the risk of such events was also emphasised.
Moreover, during the meeting, issues concerning current threats to citizens of the Republic of Poland in the aspect of internal and external security of Poland were raised, and the most notorious terrorist incidents were described in the context of the goals assumed by extremist organisations and the actual effects of such actions.
