TPCoE participation in forum organised by Centre for Security Studies and Education of the University of Wroclaw
On June 2, experts of the Terrorist Prevention Centre of Excellence of the Internal Security Agency in cooperation with the Staff Office of the Internal Security Agency participated in the first of a series of seminars organized by the Centre for Security Studies and Education UWr under the project "Forum - work and career in services and in the army".
Students and teaching staff, who attended the event, had an opportunity to learn about the TPCoE’s activities and role of the Agency in the system of national security. In addition, TPCoE experts discussed the issues related to the process of radicalization, which can lead to violent extremism and terrorism. Particular attention has been given to the factors that can generate vulnerability to radicalization and to the narrative mechanisms used by extremist and terrorist movements in their propaganda.
