TPCoE’s participation in the conference on aviation security
On September 21, 2021, the management and experts of TPCoE took part in the conference "CPK - New dimension of security", which was devoted to the challenges and security issues related to the construction of the Solidarity Airport, which is to be built 37 km from Warsaw within a project integrating the airport infrastructure with strategic railway hubs.
The meeting, organized by the CPK - a company responsible for the construction of the airport, gathered industry specialists, among others from the "Polish Airports" State Enterprise, LOT Polish Airlines, the Civil Aviation Authority, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), as well as from security services, such as the Police, Border Guard and Internal Security Agency.
The main purpose of the meeting was to integrate and exchange information and experiences between key partners from the civil aviation security sector who may be involved in the process of consulting, designing and implementing security procedures for the Solidarity Airport.
TPCoE presented the role and importance of terrorist prevention in the implementation of investments of public interest as well as delivered insights into possible threats related to the infrastructure and airport personnel.
