Training for the NBP branch in Poznań
On 21.09.2023r. TPCoE conducted a training course: "Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing and the Aspect of Obligated Institutions", which was held at the NBP branch in Poznań for entrepreneurs conducting cantor activities.
During the event, a representative of TPCoE introduced the participants to the issue of threats in the scope of offences under Article 299 of the Criminal Code and under Article 165a of the Criminal Code in the aspect of running a currency exchange business.
The training was part of an educational campaign conducted by TPCoE for entities of the Polish banking and financial sector.
