Internal Security Agency during XXXI MSPO
On 5-8 September 2023, a delegation of the Internal Security Agency represented the service at the XXXI International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO), held in Kielce under the patronage of Polish President Andrzej Duda. The strategic partner of the Salon was the Polish Armaments Group.
During the event, aerospace and air defence equipment was presented, as well as essential armaments for naval units. The assortment of participating companies also included modern communication technology, radio and optoelectronic equipment, as well as equipment for the preparation of meals and the storage and transport of food, uniforms, medical equipment and materials.
At the Internal Security Agency stand, organised during the fair, information was provided on the principles of recruitment to the service and efforts to raise anti-terrorist awareness. Among other things, visitors had the opportunity to see a museum specimen of ENIGMA - a rotary cipher machine used to encode the reports of the armed forces of the Third Reich, in the decoding of which a team of Polish cryptologists from the Cipher Bureau of the Second Division of the Polish Armed Forces' General Staff made its contribution.
