Participation of an TPCoE expert in a training course for students of Internal Security at the College of Law in Wrocław
On 9 May 2023, an TPCoE expert conducted a training course dedicated to students of Internal Security at University of Law in Wrocław, during which a discussion was held on the 4U! procedure in the event of a terrorist incident, including a mass killing attack, the danger of the perpetrators' use of explosives, taking into account elements of the perpetrators' behaviour, as well as issues related to notification of emergency services.
On the initiative of the university, the training was also workshop-based and consisted of
a staged attack by armed perpetrators, during which the students had the opportunity to practice the appropriate response in the event of a terrorist event.
