Training for National Public Prosecutor's Office and National Police Headquarters
On 24.01.2023, representatives of TPCoE conducted a training for National Public Prosecutor's Office and National Police Headquarters from the Bureau for Combating Economic Crime.
The first part of the training concerned the issue of money laundering in the aspect of the threat of terrorist financing. In this context, among other things, the EU guidelines for the banking sector as an obliged institution, international cooperation between Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs) and a case study in the application of FinTech to money laundering were discussed.
In the second part, the training covered information risk prevention issues related to secure information management within a public institution.
The training is a continuation of the anti-terrorism awareness campaign initiated by TPCoE among, inter alia, law enforcement institution personnel.
