TPCoE training for University of Warsaw
On January 19, 2023, a representative of TPCoE held a meeting with Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Warsaw and conducted a training session for final year students of the Master of Science in Homeland Security course on recommended behaviour in situations of terrorist incidents.
The seminar included a presentation of TPCoE unit, a discussion of its terms of reference and its achievements to date - including information campaigns, and community outreach. Among other things, the TPCoE's recommended method of behaviour in the event of a terrorist incident - 4U! campaign - was presented. Also of interest to the students was the European Commission's projected future mechanism for cooperation between member states in countering radicalization - the European Commission's Knowledge Hub initiative.
Students actively participating in the class asked a number of questions, and were eager to share their knowledge in the area discussed.
