International Meeting – Ljubljana (Slovenia)
On 29- 31 January 2020 in Ljubljana (Slovenia) the TPCoE together with the Croatian SOA, organized consultation meetings with the Slovenian law enforcement agencies (Police, FIU, Ministry of Defense) and intelligence and security authority (SOVA).
During the meetings, the role of the abovementioned services and institutions in preventing and countering terrorism was discussed, also in the context of dealing with challenges of irregular migration movements.
The Polish delegation presented the role of CPT ABW in counteracting terrorism and violent extremism through educational and information activities. A system of trainings for officers and employees of public administration was presented. The use of media in terrorist prevention was discussed on the example of the 4U! social campaign implemented by CPT ABW.
