Training for XXIV C. K. Norwid High School in Warsaw
During a meeting on 9 November 2023, a training course on terrorist prevention was conducted for students of XXIV C. K. Norwid High School in Warsaw.
The above was realised as additional material within the framework of school classes in the subject "Education for Security".
The meeting was attended by students of the school and representatives of the teaching staff.
During the training, the characteristics of this type of threat were presented and the process of radicalisation leading to terrorism, to which young people in particular are susceptible, was discussed.
At the same time, the event drew attention to the various symptoms of radicalisation, which are indicative of the possible succumbing to radical ideologies and extremist tendencies under the influence of content available in public spaces and on the Internet.
The training reflects the mission of TPCoE to build a higher awareness of counter-terrorism in Polish educational and educational institutions.
