TPCoE training for PKP PLK
On 12 October 2023, a TPCoE expert conducted a training course on terrorist prevention and methods of obtaining information in the context of terrorist incidents for employees of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A..
The programme of the course included a series of presentations on the typology of threats and best practices as well as recommended behaviour in the situation of a terrorist incident. An officer of the Centre familiarised the listeners with the 4U! social campaign, i.e. recommended behaviour in a situation of a threat of an attack by a so-called mass killer.
The training also discussed issues concerning the role of information in the process of building an organisation's security policy in the context of terrorist threats, methods used in a situation of attempted unauthorised acquisition of information, and ways of developing persons typified as the source of unintentional information leaks that may pose a threat to the security of an organisation.
